In our Direct Employment program, we first start by analyzing the various job opportunities available within Government authorities and private companies and establishments and defining the qualifications necessary for each of these opportunities. The individual employment requests that we receive from job seekers are then categorized and specific data lists are prepared for each Bab Rizq center.

Our goal is to match the right opportunity with the right individual. Acting as the coordinator, we conduct interviews in the Bab Rizq centers to identify potential matches.  Approximately 20,000 job opportunities have been provided by this program.
